When will my order ship?
We pack orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

How much is shipping?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email knightandnature@gmail.com within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Unused, unopened items within 30 days for a refund (minus shipping). If we made a mistake or something arrived damaged, we’ll fix it.

Ingredients & Standards
Are your products all-natural?
Yes. We use plant oils, clays, essential oils, and botanicals—no parabens, no sulfates. Select products include goat milk or beeswax (see product pages).
Palm oil—what is “Palm Done Right”?
It means our palm is ethically sourced, organic, traceable, and non-deforestation. Clean for skin and planet.
Do you use synthetic fragrance oils?
No. We use essential oils or natural aroma components only. If “natural fragrance” appears, it’s plant-derived.
Are your products vegan?
Many are. Exceptions: bars with goat milk and formulas with beeswax. Tallow products (e.g., deodorant/lip balm/lotion) will be clearly labeled.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We keep formulas simple. Try Wool & Wildflower (Lavender Oatmeal) or unscented options when available.
Product Use & Care
How do I make my soap last longer?
Keep it dry between uses on a slatted soap dish. Don’t let it sit in standing water.
Can I use bar soap on face and body?
Yes. For oily/active skin, try Ashworn Clay (charcoal + clays). Avoid eyes.
How long does a bar last?
Typically 3–4 weeks with proper drainage; longer if you rotate bars.
What’s the shelf life?
Best within 12 months. Store cool and dry, away from direct sun.
Deodorant, Lip Care & Lotion
What’s special about tallow-based products?
Grass-fed tallow is rich in skin-compatible lipids—deeply moisturizing and barrier-supportive. We pair it with clean botanicals and essential oils.
Is your deodorant aluminum-free?
Yes. No aluminum, no parabens.
Are your lip products petroleum-free?
Yes. We use beeswax/tallow/plant oils and essential oils.
Sustainability & Packaging
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Boxes are recyclable; we minimize plastics and use kraft where possible.
Do you test on animals?
No. Never.
