Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We pack orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders of $50 or more receive free U.S. shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We accept change or cancellation requests within two hours of purchase, but we cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered fulfillment.

Ingredients & Standards
Are all Knight & Nature products made with tallow?
No. Our Whipped Tallow Body Butter, Tallow Lotion, Natural Tallow Deodorant, and Tallow Lip Balm contain beef tallow. Our handmade soaps do not contain tallow.
Are your products all-natural?
Our formulas vary by product. We focus on purposefully chosen ingredients and publish the ingredient list on each product page so you can review the exact formula before purchasing. We do not use “all-natural” as a blanket promise across every product.
How are your products scented?
Scent sources vary by product. Current ingredient lists include essential oils, vanilla oleoresin, natural-origin vanillin, and—in Ashworn Clay and Citrus Forge soap—essential-oil and natural-fragrance blends. Check the individual product page for its published ingredient list.
Are your products vegan?
Our tallow products are not vegan because they contain beef tallow, and some also contain beeswax. Some soaps may be vegan based on their listed ingredients, while others contain goat milk, beeswax, or honey. Check the individual product page before purchasing.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Skin sensitivities vary by person and formula. Review the product’s full ingredient list and patch test a small amount before regular use.
Product Use & Care
How do I make my soap last longer?
Keep the bar out of standing water and allow it to dry between uses. A well-draining soap dish can help extend the life of the bar.
Can I use bar soap on face and body?
Yes. Our bar soaps can be used on the face and body. Avoid contact with the eyes, and review the product’s ingredient list before use if you have known sensitivities.
How long does a bar last?
It varies based on frequency of use, how the bar is stored, and how many people use it. Letting the bar dry fully between uses will help it last longer.
Sustainability & Packaging
What packaging do you use?
Some packaging may be recyclable depending on your local program. Check local recycling guidelines before disposal.
Do you test on animals?
No. Knight & Nature does not conduct or commission animal testing.
