Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Knight & Nature to charge your payment method for each recurring order until the subscription is canceled.

You may pause, skip, swap, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Manage your subscription through the subscription-management link provided in your account or subscription emails. If you need assistance, contact us at knightandnature@gmail.com.

There is no fee to cancel a subscription. Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

If a subscription order has already been processed, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes or cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun. Returns and refunds for processed subscription orders are governed by our Refund Policy, including the restriction that opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned.

Subscription discounts, free-shipping benefits, and other subscription-only benefits end when the subscription is canceled.
