At Knight & Nature, every product is handcrafted in small batches with high-quality, natural ingredients. Because our soaps, tallow lotions, deodorants, body butters, and lip balms are personal-care items, we maintain the following return and refund guidelines to ensure product safety for all customers.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal-care items, including but not limited to:

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.

Refunds & Replacements
Once your request is reviewed, we may offer one of the following (based on the situation):

Refunds are approved only when:

The wrong item was shipped
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process once approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been prepared for shipping. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Exchanges
Because our products are personal-care items, we do not offer exchanges unless we made an error with your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to assist you, but Knight & Nature is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
